个人简介:
周培,上海交通大学环境工程博士学位,上海交通大学特聘教授,博士生导师,上海市科技精英、领军人才。必威生态学科负责人,必威原院长、书记。现任农业农村都市农业学科群综合性重点实验室主任、长三角区域生态环境变化与综合治理国家野外科学观测研究站站长,曾任上海交通大学国家新农村发展研究院常务副院长、陆伯勋食品安全研究中心主任。
长期从事设施农业生境安全与控制、农业低碳循环、都市农业理论与实践研究,在设施栽培次生盐渍化土壤修复改良、种养循环与废弃物资源化利用、氢资源农用技术等领域取得一系列创新性研究成果并得到大范围推广应用,创建都市农业发展评价体系,建立上海市绿色农产品生产基地建设标准,为全国36个大中城市农业生态可持续发展提供实践参考。主持国家重点研发计划课题、国家863计划课题、公益性行业(农业)科研专项经费项目等国家及省部级重大重点科技专项30余项,发表学术论文200余篇,授权发明专利30余项,获得上海市科技进步奖一等、二等共四项,获全国农牧渔业丰收奖农业技术推广贡献奖、中国专利优秀奖,以及全国优秀党员科技工作者等荣誉。
学术兼职:农业农村部科技委委员、中国农学会常务理事、都市农业与休闲农业学会会长、农业农村部微生物肥料登记评审委员会委员、国家食物与营养健康产业技术创新战略联盟副理事长、国家农业科技园区专家组成员、农业农村部都市农业现代化示范区建设专家组成员和上海市食品安全专家委员会主任委员。
