研究领域
由真菌和卵菌等真核微生物引起的植物病害是导致农作物减产的重要原因。病原微生物与植物宿主之间存在着持续且动态的相互作用。本课题组结合分子生物学、生物化学、细胞生物学、遗传学以及生物信息学等方法,研究植物宿主和病原菌之间的物质运输,以及这些物质对病原菌的致病性和植物免疫机制的影响,解析两者之间复杂的相互作用,为研究农作物病害防治策略以及培育抗病新品种提供理论基础。主要研究方向如下:
1. 植物表观遗传调控对植物免疫的调节。
2. 生物大分子物质在微生物与植物宿主之间的跨界运输机制。
3. 环境因素对植物-微生物互作的影响。
