个人简介:
国家科技进步二等奖获得者、国家重点研发计划“纳米科技”首席科学家、国务院政府特殊津贴专家、“新世纪百千万人才工程”国家级人选、国家自然科学基金评审专家。曾获全国优秀教师、上海市领军人才、上海市优秀曙光学者、上海市“五一”劳动奖章、上海市劳动模范等。现任必威食品科学与工程系特聘教授。
1995年毕业于华东理工大学,获化学工程专业博士学位。1999年、2006年、2014年分别在德国纽伦堡科技大学、法国香料香精化妆品高等技术学院、美国克莱门森大学做高级访问学者。从事香料香精与食品风味领域近30年,先后主持国家重点研发计划“纳米科技”重点专项、国家十二五科技支撑计划、“973计划”前期、国家自然基金等国家和省部级及企业项目70余项。以第一完成人获国家及省部级奖项10余项:其中,国家科技进步二等奖1项、上海市科技进步一等奖2项、上海市优秀教学成果奖特等奖1项、中国轻工业联合会技术发明一等奖1项、中国食品学会科技进步一等奖1项。在国内外权威期刊(JAFC、FC、FFJ等)发表学术论文200余篇,出版教材和专著5部,申请国家发明专利100余项(授权30项)。
