Calligraphy learning experience
提供书法配套工具，为学生介绍书法的历史和发展、书法的书写要领，让学生体验书法的魅力，在墨香中感受中国文化的博大精深。
We will provide Chinese calligraphy tools and introduce the history and development of Chinese calligraphy and the essentials of writing calligraphy, allowing them to experience the charm of calligraphy and the profundity of Chinese culture in the fragrance of ink.

02 中国古代体育运动：投壶与捶丸
Ancient Chinese Sports:
Pitching and Pounding
提供仿古投壶和捶丸道具各两套，并提供汉服供有兴趣的学生试穿，学生能深入体验中国古代人们锻炼身体、修身养性的体育运动。
Two sets of antique pitchers and pounding props will be provided, and Chinese costumes are available for interested students to try on. Students can have a hands-on experience with the sports that people used to exercise and cultivate their bodies with in ancient China.

03 冰壶教学与体验
Curling instruction and experience
提供规范的场地和器材，为学生讲解基本知识、规则、玩法以及投壶的动作与技巧，让学生进一步走近冰壶、了解冰壶、喜爱冰壶，感受到冰壶运动的魅力所在。
We will provide a standard venue and equipment, and explain to students the basic knowledge, rules and play as well as the movements and skills of curling, so that students can further approach curling, understand curling, love curling and feel the charm of curling.

04 桃花酥制作与品尝
Peach Puff Pastry Making and Tasting
桃花酥是一道典型的传统中式点心，属酥皮点心的一种。提供制作桃花酥的材料和工具，为学生展示并讲解制作的全过程，让学生在动手中感受中式糕点的魅力。
Peach puff pastry is a typical traditional Chinese confectionery and is a type of pastry. The ingredients and tools for making peach blossom puffs are provided, and the whole process of making them is shown and explained to students so that they can experience the charm of Chinese pastry through their hands.

05 中国糖画制作与品鉴
Chinese Sugar Painting Production
and Tasting
提供一整套糖画制作工具，如十二生肖模具、鸡嘴勺及其他辅助工具和熔化好的糖液，同学们能体验中国非物质文化遗产之糖画，感受民俗街头文化。
A full set of sugar painting tools such as zodiac molds, chicken spoons, and other auxiliary tools and melted sugar liquid were provided and students were able to experience the Chinese intangible cultural heritage of sugar painting and folklore street culture.

活动将提供简易的孔明锁拼装模型，并引导大家认识传统家具、房屋中的榫卯结构，充分体验亲手设计、拆解孔明锁模型的独特乐趣，体悟孔明锁设计中蕴含的“天地四方，此乃六合”智慧思想。
The event will provide a simple model of a Kong Ming lock and will introduce the group to the mortise and tenon structure of traditional furniture and houses so that they can experience the unique pleasure of designing and dismantling a model of a Kong Ming lock, and appreciate the wisdom of universe contained in the design of a Kong Ming lock.

02 趣味运动会
Fun Sports
分组举办各项趣味运动，如跳绳、踢毽子、扔飞盘等，在运动中强身健体、团结协作、增进友谊。
We organize various fun sports in groups, such as rope skipping, shuttlecock, and Frisbee throwing, to strengthen the body, unite and collaborate, and enhance friendship.
03 花瓶彩绘
Painted vase
活动将为每一位同学提供一个白色瓶子及颜料工具包，同时带领大家走进中国瓶子文化，“瓶”与“平”同音，因而瓶子的寓意多取“平安”的祝愿。
Each student will be provided with a white bottle and a paint kit, and will be introduced to the Chinese bottle culture, where the word "bottle" is synonymous with "ping" and therefore the symbolic meaning of the bottle is mostly a wish for "peace".

04 茶文化学习与品鉴
Tea Culture Learning and Tasting
中国茶文化被称为美的哲学，中华茶文化源远流长、博大精深，不但包含物质文化层面，还包含深厚的精神文明底蕴。讲师将为学生分享茶文化的基本知识，带领学生一起品味茶韵清香，领略茶文化的魅力。
Chinese tea culture is known as a philosophy of aesthetic, and has a long and profound history that encompasses not only material culture but also a deep spiritual civilization. The lecturer will share with students the basic knowledge of tea culture and lead them to taste tea's fragrance and appreciate the tea culture's charm.
05 风筝制作与春日踏青
Kite Making and Spring Trekking
通过在闵行校区大草坪自制风筝，包括设计风筝图案并装饰风筝，同时前往植物园，途经致远湖赏景，完成春日踏青，让学生体验中国传统文化的魅力，加深对中国文化的理解和认同感。
By making their own kites on the Great Lawn of the Minhang campus, including designing the kite patterns and decorating the kites, as well as going to the Botanical Garden and enjoying the scenery via Zhiyuan Lake to complete the spring trek, students will experience the charm of traditional Chinese culture and deepen their understanding and identification with Chinese culture.
06 汉服妆造与体验
Hanfu Makeup and Experience
提供不同样式的汉服，为学生搭配不同的妆容，感受汉服文化的魅力，并为学生讲解服饰流行的朝代、着装的群体、朝代的文化背景等，感受时空穿越的古今交融感。
Different styles of Chinese costumes are provided for students to match with different make-up to experience the charm of Chinese costume culture. Students are also explained the dynasties in which the costumes were popular, the groups that wore the costumes and the cultural background of the dynasties, etc. to feel the sense of blending of ancient and modern times through time and space.
